February 5, 12, and 26th. The tournament begins at 7 pm.
3 Rounds, G/60; d10.

Sections: 4 People per Section, lowest section will be a Swiss if necessary.
Entry fee is $15 for members, $20 for non-members, plus an additional $5 off for seniors and students and prizes are based on section.
Official USCF (latest month) published ratings are used. Players must play in their appropriate section with very limited exceptions at the discretion of the TD.

One BYE allowed, however please make every attempt to attend all 3 rounds as the pairings are pre-determined. If you cannot commit to all 3 rounds, we can assist with single night match play.
All players who register in advance will be paired – in the event of an odd number, a full-point Bye will be awarded to the unpaired player.
20 sets are available. Some players may need to bring their own set if there are over 40 players. Scoresheets are provided for all.
Tournament follows all standard USCF rules except for the following:
- Failure to show up after 30 minutes (instead of 1 hour) will result in a forfeit loss.

Prizes
50% of Tournament Fees are used to generate prize pools per section. Number of prizes paid is based on the number of entrants in each section. Ties by points are paid equally.
