Tournament follows all standard USCF rules except for the following.
The first illegal move gives two minutes to your opponent. The second illegal move loses the game. This follows FIDE.
Placing a pawn on the last rank without converting it and hitting the clock counts as an illegal move. This also follows FIDE.
Failure to show up after 30 minutes (instead of 1 hour) will result in a forfeit loss.
Byes for all rounds are reversible. However if you reverse a bye for the final round and win the game, for score purposes (not for rating purposes of course) for prizes it will be considered as a draw.
